1. Definitions

8. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the goods or services.

9. Force Majeure

The Seller is not responsible for any failure to perform obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, transport disruptions, or supplier failure.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
