This Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions under which goods and/or services are sold to consumers in Australia. 1. Definitions

6. Title and Ownership
Title to the goods passes to the Buyer only after full payment has been received. Until then, the Seller retains ownership of the goods.
7. Warranties
Goods and services are provided with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees include that the goods will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match the description.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability is limited to:
- Replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods
- Repair of the goods
- Reimbursement of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods
- Re-supply of services
The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the goods or services.
9. Force Majeure
The Seller is not responsible for any failure to perform obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, transport disruptions, or supplier failure.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
